A LITTLE ABOUT MEPassionate EducatorEver since I was in kindergarten I knew I wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. Throughout my elementary school years, there were two specific teachers that made a huge impact on my education. I was the girl that cried every time we had to do math, but now math is my favorite subject because of that teacher encouraging and believing in me. I will never forget the impact that teacher had on me and she is the reason I pursued my kindergarten dream.
The beginning of my education career started in 2016 when I enrolled at Merrimack College. I was a double major in Human Development and Services and Elementary Education. I graduated in May of 2020 with my initial license in elementary education (1-6) and quickly began graduate school at Merrimack College in June of 2020. I was accepted into Merrimack's Fellowship Program, where I am completing a year long placement in special education while getting my Master of Education in Moderate Disabilities. I look forward to what the future has in store for me and my career! |
